This 4000 S.F. failing catering outlet transformed into a home-style neighborhood-oriented counter service restaurant with a distinct contemporary look and flair. DLA constructed a complete new interior that included an exposed ceiling structure at the street facade, new signage, exterior lighting and awnings to re-invent the store. Complete reconstruction of the cooking facilities, prep areas, refrigeration and dry storage were also included in the design. DLA was responsible for the interior design package including lighting, color schemes, window graphics, furniture, and upholstery fabrics.
