A turn of the century, 9,000 S.F. English Manor home, on four landscaped acres in the Goddard Avenue estate area, has been updated for new out of state owners. Phase one of the project, now completed, included a complete exterior restoration, three additions, a comprehensive interior renovation, sports court, new octagonal pool house and new landscaping of the property. In the main house, low ceilings have been raised, entrance foyer, living room and master bedroom suite expanded, slab marble baths custom fabricated and complete new building systems installed. Much of the work was completed while the family occupied the home. A future second phase indoor pool, gymansium, library and home theatre are contemplated. DLA is the Project Architect working with designers Granoff Architects from Greenwich CT and Russell Duesteroff Interiors from Houston, TX.
